TLG works closely with Lincoln University and has been involved in a number of major government tourism projects including the development of the Tourism Toolkit and Yield Study as well as other consulting assignments.

TLG also has a strong relationship with Interpretation New Zealand (INZ) a company that focuses on communicating ideas and feelings, which help visitors enrich their understanding and appreciation of the world and their role in it. TLG has partnered with INZ on numerous tourism feasibility studies for the visitor attraction sector.

Customer Experience and TLG are currently cooperating on developing tools to monitor the customer experience, develop strategies to enhance the experience for the benefit of the business and customer and provide a tourism industry wide customer experience benchmarking tool.
